JAKARTA - PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) obtained a revolving loan facility worth US$ 60 million from PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI), yesterday. Previously, BNLI had obtained a similar facility from BNLI worth US$ 130 million.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Jenny Quantero, Director of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) said the revolving loan facility will be used as the company's working capital. "The loan facility will also be used as bank guarantees and to support foreign exchange transactions.
The loan facility will mature on 1 September 2020. (LK/AR)
