JAKARTA - PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR) injected Rp 3.5 billion of capital into PT Ista Indonesia, a travel agent company. With the capital injection, Ista issued 35,000 shares representing 32% of all shares issued by the company.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Farida Helianti Sastrosatomo, Corporate Secretary of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR) said the transaction is considered as an affiliate transaction.
After the transaction, Ista's shareholders including PT Samudera Indonesia (SMDR) (32%), PT Ngruma Bondo Utomo (25%), PT NBU Indonesia Utama (15%), PT Samudera Wadah Mitra (26%), Arie (1%) and Jeffry (0%). (LK/AR)
