JAKARTA - PT Hanson International Tbk (MYRX) will sell 49.99% of its shares in PT Mandiri Mega Jaya (MMJ) to PT Maha Properti Indonesia. The price that will be used will be decided based on the results of an appraisal from the Public Appraisal Service Office.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Rony Agung Suseno, Director of PT Hanson International Tbk (MYRX) said the agreement with MPRO was signed on Friday (13/12). "Proceeds from the sale of our shares in MMJ will be used to pay obligations to third parties," he said.
According to him, after the price is decided, his party will fulfill the terms and conditions of the material transaction, in accordance with the existing rules.(LK/AR)
