19 December 2019 14:44

JAKARTA - PT Pelita Samudera Shipping Tbk (PSSI) plans to allocate capital expenditure (capex) of US$ 30 million for 2020. This amount is smaller compared to this year's capex, in which until October it has been absorbed by US$ 45.8 million.

For information, the source of capital expenditure in 2020 will come from a combination of internal cash and bank loans. "Capital expenditure will be used to purchase several sets of tug and barge (TNB), floating cranes and bulk cargo ships (MV)," said Pelita Samudera Shipping Corporate Secretary Imelda Agustina Kiagoes as quoted from Kontan.

PSSI is targeting organic revenue growth in the range of 20% - 25% with a target for future rental income that soars above 100%. Then, net income is also targeted to grow at least 15%. (LM)
