JAKARTA - The Indonesian government is mulling over the possibility of collaborating with property booking startups RedDoorz and Oyo to manage state-owned properties.
According to Head of the Ministry of Finance’s Communication and Information Services Bureau Nufransa Wira Sakti, partnering online platforms could “expand the options of asset optimalisation”, including through better digital marketing.
“For now, we are exploring a potential deal with apartment managers through digital marketing systems, which are Oyo and RedDoorz,” Mr Sakti told Reuters, Thursday (19/12).
Neither RedDoorz nor Oyo has commented on the matter thus far. (MS)
