JAKARTA. PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk, prepares a capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of Rp 800 billion for business development.
Finance Director of Unicharm Indonesia, Onishi Junichiro, said that the capital expenditure budget was taken from the company's IPO funds
"The CapEx of Rp. 800 billion will be used to develop land extensions and maintenance of equipment for the production of health care and feminine care products," said Onishi in the Main Hall of the IDX Building, Jakarta, Friday (20/12).
At present, the company operates 4 factories located in Karawang and Mojokerto. The total production capacity is around 8 billion products per year with a total average utilization rate of 82%. With this level of utilization, the company has not planned to add a new factory in the next 2 or 3 years. (AM/AR)
