JAKARTA - PT Danasupra Erapacific Tbk (DEFI) is seeking Rp 20.84 billion in fresh funds through a rights issue scheduled on January 6-10, 2020. In the corporate action, the company will issue 11,268,688 shares with an implementation price of Rp 1,850 per share.
According to a stock exchange filing, proceeds from the rights issue will be used to strengthen the company's capital. As a financing company, DEFI is required to have at least Rp 100 billion in equity.
Cum rights issue and ex rights issue in the regular and negotiation markets will take place on December 27 and 30, 2019, while cum rights issue in the cash market is scheduled on January 2, 2020. The shares will be listed on January 6, 2020. (LK/MS)
