JAKARTA - PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (HITS) is projecting a 20% revenue hike in 2020 from this year's target of US$ 85.90 million. The increase will be joined by investment in seven vessels to increase operations.
According to the company's public expose sheet, HIITS has set a Corporate Work and Budget Plan of US$ 103.47 million in 2020, up from the 2019 prognosis. The company also targets US$ 15.48 million in current-year profit, up froom US$ 13.75 million, and US$ 15.08 million in comprehensive profit, up from US$ 13.15 million. In addition, the company also seeks to raise its asset value from US$ 223.21 million to US$ 263.28 million, liabilities from US$ 156.77 million to US$ 180.76 million, and equity from US$ 66.43 million to US$ 81.51 million.
In the 2020 Corporate Work and Budget Plan, HITS plans to invest US$ 66.95 million in the purchase of seven vessels, including LNG tankers, chemical tankers, and offshore support vessels. However, in the previous year's plan, HITS only realised US$ 6.6 million in investment to purchase one vessel from a target of five units. (LK/MS)
