JAKARTA - PT Pool Advista Finance Tbk (POLA) expects to obtain Rp 150 billion in revenue in 2020, 7% higher than the realization in 2019.
As quoted from the company disclosure, one of the company's efforts to achieve the target is by opening a number of new branch offices in several cities. each requires an investment of Rp 150 million to Rp 300 million per year.
This year, POLA will focus on financing in the property sector, specifically for low-income people (MBR). In the MBR segment, supply is still lower than demand. Therefore, the company is optimistic to obtain a lot of revenue from this sector. (LK/AR)
