JAKARTA - As of today (9/1), PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (KEJU), producer of Prochiz cheese, has used Rp 23.88 billion of its initial public offering (IPO) fund of Rp 71.49 billion. The IPO itself was conducted on 15 November 2019.
As quoted from the company disclosure, Fridolina Alexandra Liliana, Director of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (KEJU) said the remaining IPO funds will be used as the company's working capital. The remaining funds are deposited in a checking account at Bank Central Asia with an interest rate of 2.15%.
CHEESE made its debut on the stock exchange by releasing 1.50 billion shares at Rp 750 per share. In the corporate action, the company obtained Rp 75 billion, (LK/AR)
