JAKARTA. PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ACP), a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI), has prepared a capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of Rp2 trillion for 2020.
Hanif Setyo Nugroho, Director of Marketing and Property Management at ACP, said the budget will be used by the company to work on five new projects. "They will be (build) in Depok, Tangerang and Bogor," said Nugroho as quoted by Kontan on Monday (13/1) yesterday.
All five are high rise property projects. In addition, said Nugroho, those projects will use the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD).
With the five projects, ACP is optimistic that its marketing sales will reach Rp.2.2 trillion this year. At least, said Nugroho, the project will contribute around 15% to 20% of the target. (KR/AR)
