JAKARTA. PT Sinar Mas Multifinance plans to issue series B bonds with a total value of Rp 250 billion, with a tenor of three years and fixed interest rate at 10.50% per year.

This is part of the issuance of the company's Shelf Registration Bonds I Phase IV/2020 with a total value of Rp 400 billion. The company also issued series A bonds with a total value of Rp 150 billion, a one-year tenor and a fixed interest rate of 9.50% per year.

According to the announcement from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KESI), the bonds will be offered on 24 to 27 January 2020. Bond allotment will be carried out on 28 January 2020, and electronic distribution will be done on 30 January 2030.

The bonds will be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at the end of January. The company appointed SInarmas Sekuritas as the underwriter. (KR/AR)
