JAKARTA - PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) purchased Rp 5 billion worth of shares of PT Garuda Elang Nusantara (GEN), after GEN issued 10 million additional shares at a price of Rp 10 billion.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Paul Tedjosutikno, Director of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD), said that the company took a 50% stake in GEN when it was established on 23 May 2019.
According to him, after the purchase, GOOD now owns 6 million of GEN shares with a total value of Rp 6 trillion. (LK/AR)
