JAKARTA. Head of the Legal Information Center (Puspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office (AGO), Hari Setiyono explained, that his party found new misappropriation allegations in PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero).from two new witnesses.
The two witnesses examined were Agustin Widi Hastuti (an employee of PT Asuransi Jiwasraya) and Danny Boestami (Commissioner of PT Strategic Management Services).
"There are allegations of misappropriation in three acts, including the broker fee, then the purchase of illiquid shares, and the third is the purchase of mutual funds," Agung said at the AGO Office on Monday (20/1).
According to Agung, the data used for the examination came from Jiwasraya and Danny's company, PT Strategic Management Services.
He could not yet reveal the role of the two witnesses, since their roles were still being examined. (AM/AR)
