JAKARTA - PT BPD Banten Tbk (BEKS) will issue 400 billion Series C shares in the sixth and seventh stages of its rights issue. The plan has been approved by the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 26 February 2020. The Rp 1.20 trillion.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, funds from the rights issue will be used to increase capital and expand credit distribution.
After the rights issue, the number of BEKS shares will increase from 228,782,244,081 shares (with a total value of Rp 5 trillion) to 1,052.146,312,701 shares (with a total value of Rp 5 trillion). (LK/AR)
