JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) closed today's trading session I at 6,231.46. The index edged down 6.69 points or 0.11% from the last close at 6,238.15.
Until this afternoon, JCI was seen moving in the range of 6,227.20 and 6,265.26. There are only two sectors that survived in session I, namely the basic industry and financial sectors. The remaining eight other sectors weakened with the biggest decline in the mining sector.
Top losers in session I were PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN), PT Pelangi Indah Canindo Tbk (PICO) and PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk (ASBI). (LM)
