JAKARTA. Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) gave PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) an "idA-" rating with a negative outlook, due to its financial performance as of 30 September 2019.
According to its official statement, Pefindo said that WSKT previously had an "idA-" rating with a stable outlook. "There was a change in the ranking of Waskita Karya," explained Pefindo.
The outlook applies to WSKT, its Shelf Registration Bonds I Phase II/2015 Series B, Shelf Registration Bonds II Phase II/2016, Shelf Registration Bonds II Phase III/2017 Series A, and Shelf Registration Bonds IV/2019.
Nevertheless, Pefindo considers that WSKT still has the ability to meet its long-term financial commitments. However, the minus sign on the rating, indicates the position of WSKT is weaker than the average of its category. (KR/AR)
