JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (WIKA) together with TSG Global Holdings signed a cooperation contract for Exploring Opportunities for Infrastructure Projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in Jakarta on Wednesday (1/22).
WIKA's Managing Director, Tumiyana in his remarks said, one form of synergy between TSG Holdings and WIKA was the PLTS construction project plan in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo which was a momentum as well as evidence that WIKA was consistent and continued to develop the existence of its business in foreign markets with measurable planning.
"Together with TSG Global Holdings, we are optimistic that we can deliver PLTS development work with the right quality, cost, and time that is effective and efficient," explained Tumiyana.
In implementing the project plan, TSG through its affiliates in the DRC, Sunplus S.A.R.L. formed a strategic partnership with WIKA. Sunplus S.A.R.L. gives full authority for the EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) scope of work including the trust in professional management governance. In addition to the project, the two companies are also exploring opportunities for cooperation in other projects in the DRC, including transportation infrastructure and dam projects. (LM)
