JAKARTA. PT Sapta Adhikari Investama (SAI), a member of the Djarum Group, increased its stake in PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) through the purchase of 119.56 million new shares.
Adam Gifari, Vice President Director of TOWR, confirmed this. "There are additional PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk shares purchased by SAI," explained Gifari as quoted by Kontan on Thursday (23/1) yesterday.
After the transaction, SAI's stake in TOWR rose to 50.28%. The shares were purchased at a price range of Rp 790 to Rp 814.7 per share. The purchase made during the period of 2-10 January 2020.
At the end of 2019, TOWR purchased 1,000 telecommunications towers owned by PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT). (KR/AR)
