JAKARTA. This year, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (Wika Realty) will accelerate the development and marketing of a number of its property projects to support its business performance in 2020.
Agung Salladin, Director of Wika Realty, said that the company is still quite optimistic about the property sector this year. He targets Wika Realty's marketing sales to increase by 18% to Rp 2.3 trillion this year.
In 2019, Wika Realty recorded marketing sales of Rp 1.95 trillion. "Last year, most of our marketing sales came from the sale of high rise properties, which are indeed our largest portfolio," said Salladin.
At present, Wika Realty has 12 property projects spread across several big cities, including Tamansari Cendekia Semarang Apartment, Tamansari Emerald Surabaya Apartment, Tamansari Skyhive Jakarta, and Tamansari Kencana Bandung.
To support its business in 2020, Wika Realty has prepared a capital expenditure budget of Rp 7.6 trillion. The fund came from various sources such as internal cash flow, loans, and Initial Public Offering (IPO) plans. (KR/AR)
