Director and Vice President Commissioner of HMSP resigned from their positions

JAKARTA. Troy J Modlin and Wayan Mertasana Tantra resigned from their positions as Director and Vice President Commissioner of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP).

Bambang Priambodo, Corporate Secretary of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, said that Modlin's resignation letter was received by the company on 30 January 2020. While Wayan Mertasana Tantra resigned through a letter received by the company on 31 January 2020.

In a disclosure of information published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (3/2), Bambang said that with the resignation, HMSP will hold a general meeting of shareholders no later than 90 days after the resignation letter is received.

Modlin has served as Sampoerna's Director in charge of Corporate Affairs since 18 September 2015. Previously he worked at Philip Morris International since 2005 and has been assigned to Hong Kong and Bangkok.

While Wayan Mertasana Tantra has served as Vice President Commissioner since 27 April 2016. Previously Wayan served as a director at HMSP since 27 May 2008. (AM/AR)
