JAKARTA - The Financial Services Authority (OJK) banned PT Murni Usaha Raya Nilai Inti (MURNI) Finance from doing business for the next six months. The warning for the suspension of this business license was posted by OJK Deputy Commissioner for Supervision of IKNB II Moch Ihsanuddin as of January 14, 2020.
As quoted from the ojk.go.id page, Friday (7/2), OJK conveyed the suspension of the business permit in the Announcement No.Peng-1 / NB.2 / 2020 concerning the Suspending of Business Activities of Financing Companies. The letter stated the PURE Finance business prohibition in the form of new financing distribution, new loan application, new loan disbursement, sale of company assets, and payment to third parties except for bank instalments.
This company is known as having its address at Jembatan Lima Permai Complex Block B-19, Jl KH Moh Mansur No.11 Duri Pulo Gambir, Central Jakarta. OJK will revoke the company's permit if it still runs the business for the next six months. (LK)
