JAKARTA. PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. (JSMR) will still review offers for its Toll Road Business Entities (BUJT) and have not included the offers in JSMR's business plan this year.
JSMR received offers for two of its BUJTs, namely PT Jasamarga Kualanamu Toll and PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang, from PT PP (Persero) Tbk.
Corporate Secretary of Jasa Marga, Mohamad Agus Setiawan said that in general, the company would evaluate and try to take all the potential that could bring profits to the company. But he ensured that the offers for the two BUJTs had not yet been included in Jasa Marga's business plan this year. He said that the company would first look at certain toll road sections, whether these sections will significantly support JSMR's business strategy or not.
"We are still evaluating. If the prospects are good and strategic for Jasa Marga, we will definitely take it," he said as quoted by Bisnis.com last week.
PT Jasamarga Kualanamu Tol is the concession holder of the Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi toll road, with a total length of 61.70 kilometers, while Jasamarga Pandaan is the concession holder of the Pandaan-Malang toll road, with a length of 30.60 kilometers. (AM/AR)
