JAKARTA - PT Pollux Lito Karawang, a joint venture between PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk (POLL) and Lito Group is building Pollux Technopolis, an apartment and shophouse complex, with an investment of Rp 3.5 trillion in Jambe Bay, Karawang, West Java. PLK appointed PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) as the main contractor for the area's development.
As quoted from the company's disclosure on Tuesday (11/2), RM Suryo Atmanto, President Director of Pollux Group said the selection of PTPP as the contractor is the form of the company's commitment to build quality projects and maintain customer satisfaction. "In addition to being full of experience, the international standard is a major factor that make us chose PTPP," he said.
According to him, the company chose Karawang because it has large potential. Moreover, Karawang is ready to grow into an integrated city with a world-class standard.
Pollux Technopolis has 26 apartment towers, 368 shophouses, and various other supporting facilities. The project is expected to become a new icon in West Karawang. (LK/AR)
