JAKARTA. PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) will strengthen its data service business to improve its performance this year, after selling 2,782 telecommunication towers to Protelindo and Centratama Menara.
Tri Wahyuningsih, Group Head Corporate Communication at EXCL, said the plan to strengthen the data service business includes expansion outside of Java. "And to increase the data network capacity in Java," Wahyuningsih explained, as reported by Kontan on Tuesday (11/2) yesterday.
To help achieve its goal, the company has prepared a capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of Rp 7.5 trillion for this year.
In 2019, EXCL recorded revenue growth of 9.56%. For this year, the company did not set a specific target for its revenue growth. (KR/AR)
