PLN issues Phase VI bonds worth Rp 4.81 trillion

JAKARTA - PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) issues Phase III The Shelf Registration Obligations in 2020 amounting to Rp 4.81 trillion and Phase III Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah 2020 amounting to Rp 115.50 billion. Public offering is conducted today (13/2) with listing on the IDX next week (19/2).

As quoted from the prospectus published on Thursday (13/2), PLN offered the bonds in five series including Series A amounting to Rp 540.63 billion with an interest of 7.20% for a five-year period. Series B is offered at Rp 672.50 billion with interest at 7.70% for a seven-year period, Series C is offered at Rp 544.25 billion with an interest of 8% for a 10-year period, Series D at Rp 1.45 trillion at an interest of 8, 70% for 15 years, and Series E of Rp 1.59 trillion with 9.05% interest for a period of 20 years.

Whereas the Sukuk Ijarah is offered in four Series namely, Series A is offered as much as Rp 40.50 billion for seven years, Series B is offered for Rp 3.50 billion for 10 years, Series C is offered for Rp 9 billion for a period of 15 years, and Series D offered at Rp 62.50 billion for a period of 20 years.

PT Pefindo pinned idAAA rating for Bonds and idAAA (sy) for Ijarah Sukuk. In this corporate action plan, the underwriters are PT BCA Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Maybank Kim Eng Sekuritas. (LK)
