JAKARTA - A subsidiary of Salim Group, PT Tritunggal Intipermata, sold some of its shares in PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS) which simultaneously reduced its stake in IMAS to 13%.
Director of Tritunggal Intipermata Alex Sutisna stated in the company's disclosure in the IDX on Thursday (13/2), that the divestment was done by the company to obtain funds.
He said the transaction was carried out on 3 February 2020 when the company sold 142.98 million of its shares in Indomobil at Rp 995 per share. With the sale of these shares, Tritunggal Intipermata's stake in Indomobil was reduced from 18.17% to 13%. (ARM/AR)
