JAKARTA - PT Berkah Prima Perkasa Tbk (BLUE) realized funds from the IPO proceeds of Rp 20.69 billion from a total of Rp 21.84 billion as of February 5, 2020. In the corporate action that took place on July 8, 2019, the remaining IPO proceeds amounted to Rp.282 million.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Thursday (13/2), Herman Tansri, President Director of PT Berkah Prima Perkasa Tbk (BLUE) conveyed the progress of the realization of the funds from the IPO, where the largest realization for OWK payments (office and warehouse purchases) amounted to Rp 18.78 billion. The realization of adding SKUs and developing textile divisions amounted to Rp 1.21 billion and Rp 699.91 million, respectively.
Based on the fund allocation plan in the prospectus, OWK payments are allocated as much as Rp 18.10 billion, the development of the textile division as much as Rp 1 billion, and additional stock of goods approximately Rp 1 billion. (LK)
