JAKARTA - PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) allocates capital expenditure of US$ 300 million to US$ 400 million this year. This year's capital expenditure allocation is lower than last year's around US$ 650 million.
As quoted from the disclosure of corporate information, Monday (17/2), Mahardika Putranto, Corporate Secretary of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) conveyed a number of company plans this year, including production in the range of 54 Mt-58 Mt and 4.30x Peel Ratio. In addition, operational EBITDA is planned at US$ 900 million to US$ 1.2 billion.
As of December 31, 2019, Adaro recorded coal production of 58.03 million tons (Mt), up 7% compared to coal production in 2018 of 54 Mt-56 Mt. However, coal prices declined last year due to a number of factors namely, the China and US trade wars. (LK)
