JAKARTA - The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU) fined PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) Rp 1.25 billion due to its lateness in reporting the acquisition of PT Agro Pratama (AP) shares.
As quoted from KPPU.go.id page on Monday (24/2), KPPU decided the fine last week (20/2). On 27 May 2015, DSNG acquired 29,989 AP shares for Rp 50.39 billion. However, the report was submitted to KPPU on 31 October 2019, way later than the deadline of 30 days since the transaction.
In the press release, KPPU said that DSNG admitted that it was late in reporting the acquisition of AP shares. (LK/AR)
