Tiga Pilar may be delisted from the IDX

24 February 2020 13:15

JAKARTA - PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (AISA) may be delisted by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since the company's financial statements have received "Disclaimer" opinion from an accountant for two years in a row.

According to the company's disclosure submitted to the IDX on Monday (24/2), there are a number of reasons that caused the company's report to get the opinion, including the bankruptcy of its subsidiary, PT Dunia Pangan, which force it to be managed by a curator. This caused ASIA to lose financial data and information about PT Dunia Pangan.

In addition, AISA also lost access to the financial statements of two other subsidiaries, PT Poly Meditra and PT Surya Cakra Sejahtera. (ARM/AR)
