BFI allocates Rp 500 billion to pay maturing bonds

JAKARTA - PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) has allocated Rp 500 billion in funds to pay obligations due on March 2, 2020. Sources of funds for payment of Phase IV Shelf Registered Subordination Obligation come from the proceeds of receivables payment by consumers.

As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Monday (2/3), Sutadi, Director of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) said Bonds IV phase II 2019 worth Rp 500 billion, due on March 2, 2020. "We have prepared the principal repayment fund and interest on bonds to holders of series IV continuous bonds to be credited when due, "he said.

As of December 31, 2019, BFIN recorded financing receivables from consumers amounting to Rp 17.39 trillion, ijarah receivables of Rp 2.10 billion, and other receivables of Rp 153.49 billion. Revenue was recorded at Rp 5.24 trillion and profit for the current year was Rp 711.58 billion. (LK)
