JAKARTA. PT Repower Indonesia Asia Tbk (REAL) targets to record Rp 72.9 billion in sales in 2020, after successfully recording 275% sales growth in 2019 to Rp 21.6 billion.
Andy K. Natanael, Marketing Director of REAL, said that the company will partner with 3 banks to distribute housing loans (KPR). The three banks are PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk (PNBS), and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan.
"We hope that with more and more banks becoming KPR distributors, it will accelerate sales and help us to meet the sales target," Natanel explained.
Natanael added, the target will be supported by the Bank Indonesia (BI) reference rate which is quite low at 4.75%. (KR/AR)
