JAKARTA - PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia provided a Rp 500 billion loan facility to PT Protelindo, a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR). The loan facility will be used by Protelindo as its capital expenditure budget and for debt refinancing.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published today (4/3), Irfan Ghazali, Corporate Secretary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) said the agreement of the loan facility was signed earlier this week (2/3) under Indonesian law, with a five-year tenor.
The loan is less than 20% of TOWR's equity as of 31 December 2018 of Rp 8.03 trillion. (LK/AR)
