JAKARTA - PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) will distribute dividends of Rp 420 billion, 30% of the company's total net profit in 2019 of Rp 1.40 trillion. This plan will be decided at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Wednesday (4/3), Terry O Connor, CEO of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) said that the dividends will be paid a month after the AGM, given that the plan is agreed upon. The dividends distribution is part of the company's transformation initiative.
According to him, the dividends distribution shows the company's commitment to investors in the long run. (LK/AR)
