Lion Air and Batik Air to move operational services from Adisutjipto to Kulonprogo Airport

YOGYAKARTA - Lion Air and Batik Air provide the latest information regarding flight services to and from Yogyakarta via Adisutjipto International Airport (JOG) which will be moved to Yogyakarta Kulonprogo International Airport (YIA).

Switching the domestic flight network to and from Yogyakarta Kulonprogo (YIA) will be effective starting Sunday, March 29, 2020.

Lion Air and Batik Air will move the network in Yogyakarta Kulonprogo as well as mark the second airport in Yogyakarta and the fifth airport in the Jogja Solo Semarang area (Joglosemar) served by Lion Air Group for commercial civil flights.

Lion Air plans to operate 46 frequencies of daily commuting (PP) in Yogyakarta Kulonprogo, serving 14 domestic destinations. Meanwhile, Batik Air provides 24 frequencies of daily commuting (PP) in Yogyakarta Kulonprogo, serving 4 domestic destinations. (LM)
