Rempaka Redana purchases shares of two Karsa Citra Unggul's subsidiaries

JAKARTA - PT Karsa Citra Unggul, a subsidiary of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) sell some of the shares of its two subsidiaries (PT Trimurti Tunggal Sejahtera (TTS) and PT Kega Property Utama (KPU)) to PT Rampaka Redana Cakra (RRC).

As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Wednesday (11/3), Ispandiati Makmur, Corporate Secretary of INPP  said that the sale of shares is done for the sake of business efficiency. "The company and PRC are not affiliated with each other," she said.

PRC purchased 75% (350,000) of TTS shares and 42.73% of KPU shares for Rp 4.7 billion in total. (LK/AR)
