JAKARTA - PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) will distribute cash dividends of Rp 455.93 billion, 47.06% of its net profit in 2019 of Rp 968.83 billion. The dividends will be paid on 14 April 2020.
As quoted from the company's disclosure on Tuesday (17/3), aside for cash dividends, the company will use its net profit as working capital (52.92%) and reserve (0.02%)
The cum dividends and ex-dividends on the regular and negotiations market are set on 20 and 23 March 2020 respectively. While cum-dividends and ex-dividends on the cash market are set on 24 and 26 March 2020. (LK/AR)
