JAKARTA. PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (MFIN) plans to issue its Shelf Registration Bonds III phase V/2020 with a principal value of Rp 100 billion.
In disclosing information, MFIN plans to use the funds obtained from the issuance of the bonds as working capital.
MFIN explained that the bonds, which have a 370-day tenor have a fixed interest rate of 8.50% per year. The bond offering period lasts from 27 to 30 March. Meanwhile, the first interest payment will be made on 2 July 2020.
MFIN appointed Sucor Sekuritas as the guarantor for the issuance of bonds. While PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) was appointed as trustee. The debt securities are rated Single A (idA) by the Indonesian Securities Rating Agency or Pefindo. (KR/AR)
