JAKARTA. One of the directors of PT Adaro Energy. Chia Ah Hoo, purchased 1.5 million of the company's shares for Rp 967.5 million on Thursday (19/3).
According to the company's disclosure on Friday (20/3), the transaction was done at a price of Rp 645 per share. After the transaction, Chia Ah Hoo now has 10.59 million shares or 0.03% of Adaro Energy's shares.
In 2019, Adaro Energy's net profit fell by 3.23% YoY from US$ 417.72 million to US$ 404.19 million. The company's revenue also fell by 5% from US$ 3.62 billion to US$ 3.46 billion. (AM/AR)
