JAKARTA - PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK) prepares a budget of Rp 15 billion to repurchase (buyback) its shares, in order to stabilize the price of its shares amid the fluctuations caused by the Covid-19 outbreak.
As quoted from the company's disclosure on Monday (23/3), the buyback will be carried out for three months until 20 June 2020. The budget for the buyback is taken from the company's internal cash.
The buyback will cause the company's total asset value and equity from Rp 432.86 billion and Rp 276.56 billion to Rp 417.86 billion and Rp 261.56 billion respectively. (LK/AR)
