JAKARTA - PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) expects the distribution of free electricity tokens (for 450 VA users) and a 50% discount (for 900 VA users), given as assistance for those affected by COVID-19 outbreak, to be completed next week (11/4). This was conveyed by Executive Vice President Corporate Communication and CSR of PLN, I Made Suprateka, as quoted from the Setkab.go.id page, yesterday (2/4).
The free tokens and discounts will be given for three months until June 2020. "The distribution of the free tokens and discounts is indeed done in stages since 1 April, we hope that by 11 April, all of those who are eligible can receive them," he said.
As for the mechanism for obtaining these facilities, PLN consumers can access www.pln.co.id or send their customer ID numbers through WhatsApp to 08122-123-123. (LK/AR)
