JAKARTA - PT Cipta Selera Murnia Tbk (CSMI), the owner of the "Texas Chicken" franchise, released 184,061,500 shares at a price of Rp 196 per share during its Initial Public Offering (IPO) which took place on 2-3 April 2020. With the Rp 36.07 billion obtained during the IPO, CSMI will open new outlets in Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.
Arriola Arthur Raphael, Managing Director of PT Cipta Selera Murni Tbk (CSMI) said the addition of new outlets will improve the company's performance in the future. "The growth of the number of outlets will be supported by international standards that have been applied based on the policy of the master franchisor, Cajun Global LLC," he said in a press release on Thursday (9/4).
The company appointed PT Sucor Sekuritas as the lead underwriter. (LK/AR)
