JAKARTA - Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) closed trading today (9/4) at 4,649.07. The index rose by 22.38 points or 0.48% from the last closing at 4,626.69. Throughout today, JCI was seen moving in the range of 4,563.79 and 4,669.60.
There were two sectoral indices that weakened namely the trade sector and the financial sector. The remaining eight other sectors strengthened and pushed JCI into the green zone. The biggest increase occurred in various industry sectors which grew by 4.49%.
Top gainers in today's trading are PT Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk (CBMF), PT Aesler Group Internasional Tbk (RONY) and PT Karya Bersama Anugerah Tbk (KBAG). (LM)
