JAKARTA - PT Bhakti Mulia Artha Tbk (BHAT) listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (15/4). In the initial public offering (IPO) which took place earlier this month, the company obtained Rp 200 billion.
Dimas Teguh Mulyanto, Managing Director of PT Bhakti Mulia Artha Tbk (BHAT), said that the funds from the IPO will be used entirely to increase its stake in PT Nasional Investindo Perkasa (NIP). "Then, NIP will increase its stake in PT Asuransi Jiwa Nasional (ASJN) for the purpose of short-term and long-term investments," he said in a press release received by the media on Wednesday (15/4).
During the IPO, the company released 200 billion shares at a price of Rp 103 per share. PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk is a holding company that offers financial services. (LK/AR)
