JAKARTA - PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk (MCOR) will conduct its fifth rights issue by issuing 21,288,269,763 shares at an exercise price of Rp 150 per share. The company expects to obtain Rp 3.19 trillion from the rights issue.
As quoted from the company's disclosure on Monday (15/4), the right issue will be conducted from 24 June-7 July 2020. The rights issue plan has been approved at the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which took place on 11 October 2019. Each holder of 100 shares registered in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) by 22 June 2020 can purchase 128 shares issued in the rights issue.
Funds from the rights issue will be used to increase the company's core capital to Rp 5.51 trillion. (LK/AR)
