JAKARTA - PT Mahkota Group Tbk (MGRO) has sold 2,500 tons of Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Oil (RBDPO) products made in its refinery plant in Bengkalis, Riau. The new refinery plant has been operational since mid-February 2020.
As quoted from a press release on Monday (20/4), Elvi, Corporate Secretary of PT Mahkota Group Tbk (MGRO) said that in the early stages the refinery plant will 3,000 tons of RBDPO. "Some other CPO derivative products will soon be produced in the plant," she said.
According to him, the plant's production capacity will be increased gradually to 1,500 tons per day. The increase in production of CPO products, she said, is a form of the company's commitment to focus on the downstream sector of CPO. (LK/AR)
