JAKARTA. The government will auction government bonds (SUN) with an indicative target of Rp 20 trillion to Rp 40 trillion on Tuesday next week. The maximum target is the highest target set for bonds auction in 2020 so far.
The auction was announced in the Directorate General of Budget Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) website on Friday (24/4) as quoted by Bisnis.com. The purpose of the auction is to meet part of the financing target set in the 2020 State Budget.
The government will release seven series of SUN, two of them are treasury notes (SPN); SPN3200729, which will mature on 29 July 2020 and SPN12210429, which will mature on 29 April 2021.
The other five series are government bonds; FR0081 ( fixed coupon rate of 6.5%), FR0082 (7%), FR0080 (7.50%), FR0083 (7.5%), and FR0076 with coupons of 7.375%. (AM/AR)
