JAKARTA - PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) recorded Rp 403 billion net profit growth in 2019, from its record in 2018 of Rp 2.86 trillion to Rp 3.23 trillion. The growth in profit was due to revenue growth and foreign exchange gain.
As quoted from the company's financial statements published on Monday (11/5), the company's revenue was recorded at Rp 7.20 trillion, higher than its record in 2018 of Rp 7.08 trillion.
The company's revenue in 2019 came from condominium and office sales (Rp 3.04 trillion), rental business and room and apartment maintenance services (Rp 2.46 trillion), hotels (Rp 508.96 billion), land and buildings sales (Rp 466.05 billion), and others (Rp 720.48 billion).
In addition to revenue growth, the company also recorded interest income of Rp 280.68 billion and foreign exchange gain of Rp 130.11 billion. (LK/AR)
