JAKARTA - PT Eagle High Plantation Tbk (BWPT) was able to reduce its current year losses to Rp 145.90 billion in the first quarter of 2020, compared to Rp 261.55 billion recorded in the same period in 2019. This occurred in line with the growth in revenue and gross profit, which were recorded at Rp 736.42 billion and Rp 142.26 billion respectively.
As quoted from the company's financial statements for the first quarter of 2020 published on Tuesday (12/5), the company's revenue came from palm oil (CPO) (Rp 635.84 billion), followed by palm kernel (Rp 60.05 billion), and fresh fruit bunches (Rp 42.53 billion).
The company's customers in the first quarter of 2020, among others, are PT SMART Tbk. (SMRT) (Rp 329.24 billion), PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia (Rp 127.17 billion), and PT Kutai Refinery Nusantara (Rp 104.21 billion). (LK/AR)
